like/don't like vote from users

I've noticed that the statistic about users' vote could be not so realistic. I mean that only a few percentage of them vote, and most of them are people which don't like the panorama.
Here is a significant example:
http://www.360cities.net/image/france-paris-louvre#359.90,0.00,50.0
This is a beautiful panorama, also technically perfect, and choosen by the editor to be shown on Paris page. But oddly it has much more bad votes than positive ones. It's not nice for the author of the photo to see such unfavour, especially because nobody of these 60+ critics have left a comment on technical discussion forum of the panorama.
So it should be nice that more people leave votes on panoramas, or that 360cities change the vote system to be more unbiased... I say this from the point of view of a photographer, maybe some readers could have a different opinion.
Thanks,
Andrea Biffi

Hi Andrea,
I think you're completely right, especially with this brilliant example.
Sometimes I wonder why more people are voting negative. The ability to vote means that the voter has some kind of "power", and voting negative means I'm better than you. That's my personal explanation.
Probably most of the votes are from people who have no idea how to do a spherical panorama, and how much of our passion is in it.
Perhaps only approved members with a certain minimum (25???) of published panoramas should be able to vote. They can much more imagine what kind of difficulties the photographer had to overcome and how he managed it.
Kind regards,
Heiner
